James Bond Aston Martin DB5 Sells For $4.1 Million
A US car enthusiast has bought James Bond’s famous Aston Martin car at auction in London for more than four million dollars.
The 1964 silver Aston Martin DB5 was driven by Sean Connery when he played the fictional British spy in the films “Goldfinger” (1964) and “Thunderball” (1965).
US collector Harry Yeaggy flew into Britain for Wednesday’s sale and outbid his rivals to buy the car for 2.6 million pounds (4.1 million dollars).
This was less than its pre-sale estimate of more than five million dollars.

Tokyoflash’s Kisai Wasted wristwatch is just another way to tell time in a complicated colorful fashion
Tokyoflash has got to be the most vivid of watch designers. They’re concepts are downright zany, for want of a better term. We left off from the Magic Eye and now they’ve got the Kisai Wasted Watch. That’s actually the name and not a term. As usual, even though they say it’s easy to tell the time just by pressing a button, once the colorful LED comes to life all I see is a complicated odd-ball display. The Kisai Wasted seems a bit simpler than most and actually has larger visible numbers on the sides with minutes in the center and a few more minutes thrown in the middle just to confuse you. After pressing the button you have about five seconds to figure out the time before the display goes black.It’s available in two colors; black and white and has a streamlined plastic case and strap finished in gloss with matte detail. It’s priced at $85.

The iPhone 4 Diamond Rose Edition costs over $8 million
The new iPhone 4 Diamond Rose Edition is the most expensive customized iPhone ever and it’s priced at a staggering 5 million GBP or a little over $8 million. The luxurious iPhone 4 features a bezel handmade from rose with around 500 individual flawless diamonds, which total over 100 ct.
The back section of this iPhone was made from rose gold and it features 53 embedded diamonds on a special rose gold Apple logo. The navigation is also bespoke and it’s made from platinum which holds a single cut 7.4 ct pink diamond. Customers could also get this luxurious iPhone 4 with a rare 8 ct. single cut flawless diamond instead of the pink one.
But that’s not all, because this iPhone 4 Diamond Rose Edition also comes with a unique box made from a single block of granite finished in imperial pink with Nubuck top grain leather lining. Only two examples of the world’s most expensive iPhone will be ever made.
Millionaires Love Facebook But Have No Time For It
A new poll from SEI Wealth Network, a wealth-advisory firm, suggests that a majority of millionaires have signed up for social media sites. There is just one problem: They don’t have time to actually use them.
70% of respondents with $5 million or more in investible assets are users of Facebook and other social media sites. But the poll also showed that only 17% of the multimillionaires use the sites on a daily basis.
That is far less than the broader population, in which 38% use such sites at least once a day. The main reason: the wealthy are squeezed for time.
Jimmy Choo To Sell Perfume Along With Stilettos
Not content with just selling stilettos, high-end shoe label Jimmy Choo is making its first foray into the fragrance industry.
Tamara Mellon, the founder and chief creative officer of Jimmy Choo, unveiled the new scent for women during a press event in London on October 22.
“I wanted to do a fragrance from the beginning of Jimmy Choo. I want to accessorize a woman completely.”
The fragrance — with top notes of pear nectar and sweet italian orange mixed with tiger orchid and Indonesian patchouli — was composed by perfumer Olivier Polge of International Flavors & Fragrances.
It was created by Inter Parfums, which also distributes Burberry, Lanvin and Paul Smith scents. It is simply titled Jimmy Choo.
The product will launch worldwide in Febuary 2011, along with a matching body lotion and shower gel. An eau de toilette version will also be available for sale in select global markets.
