Well here’s a pretty awesome concept. We’ve seen a few things similar to this before, such as Microsoft’s Surface, but this one’s a little different. A group at RWTH Aachen University in Germany has created a prototype multitouch display that curves from horizontal to vertical. The display is actually projected onto the multitouch surface from behind the unit. I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop this, and picking one up in about, oh, thirty-five years or so.
