Fresh and Colorful Furniture Set: Imaginatio Collection by Cristian Zuzunaga

Imaginatio is a vivid furniture collection designed by Cristian Zuzunaga in collaboration with Christophe Delcourt. Christian though that it would be interesting to “dress-up” a range of sofas, chairs and beds displaying an appealing fabric which has an intriguing pixelated effect. According to the designer, this was obtained from the willingly achieved deformation and expansion of a photo (a natural scenery from Shanghai). Christophe Delcourt explains that “Christian’s colorful and abstract pattern has been studied and applied in order to erase the limits of furniture, giving an illusion of a painting depending on the angle of view.” We believe that this colorful furniture collection is a practical solution for brightening up a room and improve its mood. Moreover, the set is easy to integrate in a variety of contemporary minimalist arrangements.
